Recently an ENSAD (École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs, National school of art and design, Paris) graduate, I paint portraits using acrylic on canvas, directly on the ground, which gives immediate influence on the style I’m achieving: expending paint on an horizontal plane distorts faces to a point they become anonymous masks.
Greatly inspired by everyday-life and pop-culture, I thrive on and feel the influence of urban culture deeply in my work, as for the music, and the travels I have been doing, but I also rely, inspirationally, on the work of great photographers and directors such as Larry Clark, Gregg Araki, Gaspard Noé, David Lachapelle or Nan Goldin.
